KidWorks after school programs and preschool are in full swing.  As we open our doors and welcome back hundreds of students, we also welcome your prayers.  

Here are specific ways for you to pray alongside us this fall:

• Prayers for students:

  • Praise God that youth are thirsty for spiritual conversations.

  • Pray for opportunities to share the Gospel and to disciple our teens.

  • Please pray for our students safety walking to the centers. There has been an increase in hit & run accidents in our neighborhoods resulting in pedestrians getting hurt. 

  • Pray perseverance of our high school students who are busy submitting college applications.  This is often an exciting, yet nerve wrecking time of transition.

• Prayers for families:

  • Inflated food and fuel prices are impacting our families. Pray for provisions during the holiday season.

  • Praise God that KidWorks has additional staff to better serve the needs of our families. Pray for opportunities to minister to the families we serve.

• Prayers for fun:

  • Pray that students look forward to coming to KidWorks each day and that laughter would permeate our halls.

KidWorks started almost 30 years ago in central Santa Ana as a direct result of partnerships with local churches and their congregations.  We believe local congregations are catalysts for community change.  We invite you to be a part of this life-transforming ministry.
