KidWorks Preschool Is A Gift To Our Daughter, Our Family and The Community

Rachel’s daughter Nadia is enrolled in our preschool. She share’s the impact KidWorks preschool has made in her daughter, family and the community’s life!

In our community, quality preschools are costly and very hard to find. My husband and I wanted our daughter, Nadia, to receive a holistic preschool education.

Nadia was our first child and we wanted to provide her with a quality education that focused on academics, social and emotional development. Thankfully a friend told me about KidWorks and she was admitted.

When I dropped Nadia off at KidWorks, I knew we were in good hands. Over the year, we watched our daughter blossom.

KidWorks has a talented team of educators who not only care for Nadia’s well-   being but also provided my husband and I with classes and age appropriate parenting tools that enhanced my daughter’s development.

It’s reassuring to know that KidWorks will partner with our family over the next 18 years to provide the skills, resources and support Nadia needs to graduate from college.
I am truly grateful for KidWorks preschool!

Preschool is the first step on a student’s path towards college success! More importantly, 85% of a child’s brain is formed during the first five years of life* making this period critical in a person’s social, emotional and cognitive development.  One mom shares how her daughter’s future was impacted thanks to KidWorks preschool.

Research shows that children who attend a high quality preschool gain cognitive skills such as language development, increased vocabulary and a passion for learning that prepare them for both Kindergarten and college.

In underserved communities the need for a holistic preschool education is even greater!  In Santa Ana, only 44% of children enter Kindergarten developmentally ready, compared to 85% of students who have attended KidWorks Preschool.

While we are grateful for state funding, it covers less than half the total cost.  An additional $250,000 is needed to provide a quality preschool education that will prepare Nadia and her 47 classmates for success.

Thanks to a generous match from our dear friends, The Kremer Foundation, every dollar will be matched up to $50,000.
