KidWorks is one of the few sites in Santa Ana providing in-person preschool to our littlest learners.
Preschool is the first step on a student’s path towards college success! The skills that these students learn in preschool will be used both in Kindergarten and in college.
KidWorks after-school and tutoring programs are critical to counteract the learning gap that is growing in low-income communities.
Many students have parents who are essential workers, so they rely on KidWorks programs to help with assignments and homework during COVID-19.
KidWorks teachers and volunteers are working hard to counteract the feelings of isolation and loneliness amongst our teens.
Our youth nights are more popular than ever and we have several in-person and virtual gatherings scheduled for KidWorks teens in the coming year. When children feel seen and heard, their confidence grows and they are able to reach their highest potential.
KidWorks continues to walk with students on the path towards college success.
Our College Success Initiative continues to work with students on the path towards graduation. Over the next few months, we will be connecting students with KidWorks staff, college students and alumni who will help prepare them for their first year of college.
Help us keep our doors open and our students' dreams alive!
