KidWorks Alumni are Giving Back
Leadership development is one of our three key recently announced Program Success Strategies. A perfect example of how this strategy is being actively developed and deployed is our recently launched Alumni Leadership Council.
The Alumni Leadership Council is comprised of KidWorks “grads”—namely people attending college/university or in the workforce who had been part of our various programs. Some alumni have been KidWorks students since kindergarten, and others joined in later grades.
